FIPS

Talkey Token protects decryption keys and it have the FIPS 140-2 level 3 certification. This device you can find in the list of certified products under the number 1678.

FIPS protection:

  • The impossibility of copy the decryption keys from the device
  • Destroying the decryption keys after the 3rd wrong password entered
  • Destruction of decryption keys during the mechanical penetration

RSA

RSA (initials of authors Rivest, Shamir, Adleman) is an encryption standard with a pair of two keys – public and private is used for secure data transmission. This is the first algorithm that is suitable for both signing and encryption.
